Most files flux between 300-600mb and run around 30 minutes long or so. All of them are also exclusive to the site, 100% original and not to be found anywhere else.

I was able to enjoy 194 photo galleries at the time of my visit as well. These contain large, high-res images that were sharp and looked nice. Sets ranged in size, but from 100 to 150 seems to be the norm. You can browse through images online, downloading the pics you like best by saving them with a right-click. There were no zip files, unfortunately, for easy archiving.

Special Examination could do to have a better layout. For now it’s a simple list of updates with a few thumbnails and links to movie downloads and galleries. Some bonus movies from other sites are weaved into the list of updates but there are no other extras included with a pass.

Special Examinations has great appeal, mostly because it really seeks to satisfy the medical fetish urges in true fans of the niche.
